Jurnal Gizi dan Pangan (Sinta 4)-in English translated to Indonesian Journal of Nutrition and Food- is the official publication of The Food and Nutrition Society of Indonesia in collaboration with the Department of Community Nutrition, Faculty of Human Ecology (FEMA), IPB University. This journal focuses its main research in the fields of nutrition and food. Scientific peer-reviewed articles are published routinely three times per year in March, July, and November. The Indonesian Journal of Nutrition and Food has been accredited since May 11th, 2023 by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of Indonesia (Decree Number 79/E/KPT/2023.
Jurnal Gizi dan Pangan is currently indexed in Clarivate Analytics under the category of Emerging Sources Citation Index, DOAJ, Science and Technology Index (SINTA), Indonesian Publication Index (IPI), Google Scholar, and other scientific databases.
In order to ensure the quality of the manuscripts, the journal uses Similarity Check to prevent any suspected plagiarism.
Jurnal Gizi dan Pangan has a competent Board of Editors coming from nutritional and food sciences. The board consists of a variety of experts from institutions related to food and nutrition. This Journal is managed by the Editorial Team with high commitment. Lecturers, researchers, and scientists are welcome to publish their scientific articles here in the Indonesian Journal of Nutrition and Food.

Jurnal Ilmu Gizi dan Dietetik (Journal of Nutritional Science and Dietetics) merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang mempublikasikan berbagai artikel penelitian tentang ilmu gizi dan dietetik, yang berhubungan dengan aspek biokimia gizi, gizi klinik, gizi masyarakat, gizi olahraga, dietetik, komponen pangan untuk kesehatan, suplementasi dan fortifikasi gizi, ketahanan pangan dan gizi, pendidikan dan konseling gizi, serta aspek sosioekonomi dan budaya gizi, termasuk regulasi dan informasi gizi dan dietetik.
Jurnal ini merupakan publikasi resmi dari Departemen Gizi Masyarakat, Fakultas Ekologi Manusia, IPB dan PERGIZI PANGAN Indonesia, serta Asosiasi Dietisien Indonesia (AsDI) yang dipublikasi sejak tahun 2022. Jurnal ini dipublikasi secara regular 4 (empat) kali dalam setahun, yaitu pada bulan Maret, Juni, September, dan Desember. Seluruh naskah yang diterbitkan dapat diakses secara penuh (open access) oleh pembaca. Bentuk terbitan dari jurnal ini berupa terbitan online dengan nomor E-ISSN 2830-0890
