Green marketing programs have been implemented in many countries around the globe with mixed results. The adoption of the so-called Green Consumption practices has been considered very slow. In fact, there are still many challenges in changing consumer behavior into more pro-social and pro-environment actions. Proir student indicate that what consumers state in green consumtion survey is not necessarily reflected in their real purchases at the checkout counnters. While everage consumeres claim that tehy care about environmental issues, in reality they are still reluctant to buy green products or services.
